1. Is cloud storage 24/7 recording?
Cloud storage is not 24/7 recording; the current cloud storage plan only records events.
2. How to add a device to cloud storage service?
Open the app, go to the "Me" page, select "My Cloud Services," click on the plan you subscribed to, then click "Add New Device." Choose the device you want to add to cloud storage.

3. How to cancel a cloud storage subscription?
Open the app, go to the "Me" page, find "My Orders," select the plan you want to cancel, click "Unsubscribe," then confirm to cancel.

4. Can I recover previous videos after purchasing cloud storage?
No, you cannot. Whether stored on the cloud or the SD card, recording starts when you have access to them and does not include videos recorded before that time.
5. I subscribed to a multi-device plan. After adding the first camera, I get a subscription prompt when adding the second camera. What should I do?
After subscribing to a multi-device plan, if you get a prompt to purchase the service again when adding the second camera, you can ignore this subscription prompt. Then go to the "Me" page in the app, find "My Cloud Services," select your plan, choose "Add New Device," and add the other camera(s) to the plan.

How to reset the camera?
Find the reset button at the back of the camera, press and hold it for 5 seconds until you hear ‘reset is successful. The camera is restarting, please wait’ and see red light flashing.
And when you hear “please use the app for wifi configuration” each 25 seconds, you can open the app to connect the camera. At this time, the camera is flashing blue slowly.
How to Connect the Camera to Your Phone:
1.Power the Camera: Use the provided power cable and adapter.3.Download Girafit App: Find 'Girafit' in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, then download, register, and log in.
4.Open the Girafit APP: Select the top right corner '+' icon or click the middle 'Add New Device’.
5.Tap your camera icon on the app, when you see an instruction video, click the bottom ‘Next’ button, then click ‘The indicator is Flashing in Blue’ if the camera itself is flashing blue.
6.Then the app will search for your camera, and tap the camera icon you see.
7.Input your wifi password, click ‘Next’. Confirm the WiFi name and password on the pop-up page and click 'OK' if correct.
8.You will hear 'The device is connecting to the network' and see the indicator flashing blue and red.When you hear 'WiFi connection is successful' and 'Binding successful, welcome to use', the setup is complete. Tap the 'Finished' button in the app. The camera indicator should now be solid blue.Tips: Ensure the camera and your phone are close to your router during the setup process for a stable connection.
Where can I rename the camera?
Open the app, tap the bottom right button ‘Me’, tap ‘My Device’, tap your camera, choose ‘General’, tap the ‘Device Name’ and you can rename it.
What should I do if the camera goes offline?
If the camera goes offline, you can take the following three steps:
- Restart the camera.
- Restart the router.
- If the first two methods don't work, you will need to reset the camera and reconnect it.
How can I subscribe to Cloud Storage to set my camera to record?
Open app, tap the ‘Cloud’ button below the camera thumbnail, click ‘Subscribe’ and you will see different package. Click the package that meet your need, and click the bottom ‘Confirm and Subscribe’, then click the ‘Stripe’ button, and you can input your card information to complete the payment.
How to share the camera with other phones? How do I view the same camera with my wife at the same time? / How do I share all of cameras to my family?
Go to the camera you want to share and click the ‘Share’ button under its thumbnail.
Tap ‘Add User’.
Choose the permissions you want to grant. Choose the ‘Sharing Validity Period’
Click ‘Next’.
Enter the his/her Girafit email.
Click ‘Confirm’ at the bottom.
Tips:
Make sure the person you are sharing with has already registered an account on the Girafit app. Otherwise, the sharing process will fail.
To share all cameras with your family, repeat the above steps for each camera.
After sharing, both you and other family members can view the same camera simultaneously through the Giraft app on your respective phones. One camera can be shared with up to 5 accounts simultaneously.
Where can I find my serial number?
Tap the ‘General’ button under the camera device settings, tap ‘About Device’, and you can copy the ‘Device ID’ and send it to our agents when you have questions.
Where can I find the current firmware? How can I upgrade my camera firmware?
Tap the ‘Settings’ button under the camera thumbnail, tap ‘Firmware Update’, you can see the current version of the camera's firmware.
If an upgrade is available, tap the arrow icon to start the upgrade.
During the upgrade process, stay on the firmware page in the app.
Keep the camera powered on until the upgrade is complete.
I need camera to send my phone notifications when it detects movement.
1.Turn on Motion Detection function:
Tap the ‘Settings’ button under the camera thumbnail, tap ‘Detection Settings’, and you can adjust the sensitivity, schedule and Zone.
To receive notifications when the camera detects a person, turn on the ‘Human’ button.
To get alerts for non-person events, turn on the ‘All Other Motion’ button.
2.Allow app to send you notifications: Tap the ‘Notification’, turn on ‘Allow Push Notifications'
3.Make sure your phone allow Girafit app to send you Notifications: Go to your phone settings, find Girafit app and tap it, tap ‘Notifications’ and turn on ‘Allow Notifications’.
Is there a PC software to watch on PC?
We regret to inform you that currently, our cameras cannot be viewed on a PC. You can only view the cameras on iOS and Android phones and tablets.
Does it support Onvif?
Currently, our products do not support ONVIF. However, we are actively working on this feature and will notify you once it becomes available.
Does it support Alexa and Google Assistant?
At this time, our products do not support Alexa or Google Assistant. We are working diligently on this feature and will inform you when it is released.
What is the Motion Warning?
Motion Warning means that when the camera detects a person, it will play a sound of your choice.
It will play a sound of your choice, or when you click the 'Siren' on the camera's Live View page.
Tap the ‘General’ button under the camera thumbnail.
Tap ‘General Settings’.
Tap ‘Motion Warning’.
Turn on the ‘Intelligent Mode’.
Select the desired alarm sound from the available options.
Click the top right corner ‘Save’.
What is Siren Cycle?
Siren Cycle refers to the number of times the siren will sound when you activate it.
Go to the Live View page of your camera, click the ‘Siren’ button and you will hear 2 or 3 times depending on your selection.
What is privacy mode?
When you enable the private mode in the Live View page, the Live View video will not be available, and in the meanwhile, the camera indicator is off, but camera is still power on and online.
To disable the private mode, you can click the ‘Privacy Mode Settings’ in the Live View page to turn off the Privacy Mode, or click the middle right ‘Privacy Mode’ button in the Live View page to turn it off.
You can also set a ‘Custom Schedule’ for Privacy Mode by clicking ‘Privacy Mode Settings’ – ‘Custom Schedule’.
What kind of SD card is compatible with this camera?
All 16-256 GB microSD cards are compatible with Girafit cameras.
After inserting a microSD card into the camera, you can click the ‘Playback’ button to replay SD card videos.
The camera does not recognize the SD card.
- Ensure you are using a 16-256 GB Micro SD card.
- If the camera does not recognize the SD card, please remove it and reinsert it. Then open the Girafit app and refresh the camera settings page to see if it works.
- If it still doesn't work, format the SD card via app.
- If the app still cannot recognize your SD card, format the SD card on your computer, choosing FAT32 as the file system, and then reinsert it into the camera.
- If this doesn't resolve the issue, check if your SD card works normally in other devices and verify if the camera can successfully operate with a different card.
How can I view all of my cameras on the same page?
Open the app, click the multi-view button below the + icon, then you can view all of your cameras on the same page.
How can I change current app email account password?
Open the app, click the "Me" button at the bottom, select your app email account at the top, then click "Change Password." Enter your current password to make the change. If you do not remember it, you can click "Forgot password" at the bottom to reset a new one first.
Where can I find our which Cloud Storage subscription that I have?
Open the app, click the "Me" button at the bottom, then click "My Orders." You will see all the expired or active plans you have.
Where can I find the screenshots and videos that I manually take and record?
Open the app, click the "Me" button at the bottom, then click "My Files." You will see all the screenshots you have taken and all the videos you have manually recorded.
How can I know who is viewing my cameras or who I have shared my cameras with?
Open the app, click the "Me" button at the bottom, then click "My Sharing." You will see who you have shared your cameras with and what their permissions are.
How can I stop sharing my cameras with others?
Open the app, click the "Me" button at the bottom, then click "My Sharing." You will see who you have shared your cameras with. Click on the account, then click "Stop Sharing" at the bottom.
How can I update my App Version?
Open the app, click the "Me" button at the bottom, then click "About" and "Check for update." If there is an available update, please stay on this page and keep the internet connection stable during the update.
How long is the camera cable?
The camera cable is approximately 2 meters (79 inches) long.
Does the camera support RTSP?
Yes, it does. However, the camera does not come with RTSP functionality by default. If you'd like this feature, please send a message to our official email through the Help page in the app. Our agent will send you the RTSP firmware installation package, and after upgrading the firmware, the camera will support RTSP.
Does the camera come with a mounting bracket?
Currently, we do not sell mounting brackets. However, we have taken customer installation needs into consideration and are designing mounting brackets. These will be available in the future.
How to delete videos?
Currently, videos stored on the SD card or cloud cannot be deleted individually. However, once the SD card is full, it will automatically overwrite the oldest videos. Similarly, videos in the cloud will automatically be overwritten after the retention period expires. You can also delete the corresponding event images in the "Alert" page, and doing so will also delete the related video playback.
How to delete events in the Alert page?
Open the app, go to the "Alert" page, select the "Edit" button in the top right corner, choose the events you want to delete, and then click "Delete." Please note that if you delete an event, its corresponding playback (both SD card and cloud) and messages will also be deleted.

How to share the camera with family or friends?
The camera-tap the top right corner’...’ to enter the settings menu-Share Access-Add the Shared person’s account- Select the permissions you want to grant to the person you are sharing with and set the Sharing Validity Period-Confirm. One camera can be shared with up to 5 accounts simultaneously.
What do 'Remove Device' and 'Reboot Device' do?
Remove Device means removing the camera from the app, allowing it to be added by another phone after removal. Reboot Device refers to restarting the camera, which remains bound to your account afterward.
The camera went offline after changing the WiFi information/upgrading the WiFi/changing router?
In such cases, you may need to reset the camera and reconnect it. The reset button of the camera is located on the back and marked with 'RST'. You need to press and hold the reset button for 5 to 8 seconds. When you hear a confirmation sound indicating successful reset, it means the reset was successful.
Can I directly change the WiFi in the App?

Want to temporarily stop the camera from working?

What size SD card does the camera support?
The Girafit camera supports Micro SD cards ranging from 32GB to 256GB.
How to set up the recording mode for the SD card?

Can I choose the video recording resolution for the SD card?

How do I download the videos saved on the SD card to my phone?
Enter the Camera’s live view page-Playback-click Download icon-select the video clip you want to download-check it in the Download List on the Me page. Once the download is complete, you can view the downloaded video in your phone's album. You can download up to ten minutes of video at a time.
